regressing in public can be really stressful, heres are tips to ease that stress.

put on your headphones and listen to your favorite songs! music is one of best ways to ease stress!
(if you are already in public, theres not much you can do with this step) if situation you are in could trigger regression, plan ahead! if possible, prepare a small bag with items what will bring you comfort
create a simple signal you can give to a person you trust meaning you are regressed. it can be a gesture, or a noise!
